ALAFIA Diversity Equity's passion for nurturing supportive relationships between all of us make it a game-changer in efforts to uplift all communities. During Darwin's participation in Ready-Set-Go to learn how to contract with the County of San Diego, he demonstrated an unshakable belief in its company's mission. Such belief places the company in the right direction to provide diversity consulting services that usher in higher shared accountability and collective action among all races and cultures.

San Diego Natural History Museum
ALAFIA Diversity Equity did a great training on race and racism for the San Diego Natural History Museum staff. They tailored the training to meet our needs and managed to make the training interactive and interesting, despite being with a large group via Zoom. I highly recommend the team of Darwin Fishman, Buki Dominos and Roberto Rivera for trainings and would use them again for training at the Museum. Their perspectives were insightful and they brought a lot of knowledge to Museum staff. I feel we now have a good basic understanding of race and racism on which to build our diversity and inclusion work.
